Oyster Beach
This minimalistic photo was taken on a rainy morning at one of my favorite places to visit. What I’ve dubbed “Oyster Beach” is a small beach made of natural oystershells along the Chicoteague bay. In the early 1900’s the beach area was a hub of oyster processing houses and fisheries. Now, it’s off the beaten path, and very seldom is anyone there. It makes for a great place to gather your thoughts and enjoy the peace and tranquilty of the Eastern Shore.
